Apple Developer Program 许可协议更新现已发布

Apple 于 2026 年 10 月 13 日发布更新后的 Apple Developer Program 许可协议。协议此次修订旨在支持新功能、更新政策并作出澄清。开发者需查看变更内容，并登录账户接受更新后的条款。

主要变更

• Section 3.2：更新使用 Apple 软件和服务的安全及相关要求。
• Definitions, Section 3.3.8(j)：明确 Live Assistance API 的使用条款。
• Definitions, Section 3.3.8(k)：明确 App Replacement Entitlement 的使用条款。
• Definitions、Sections 6.4、6.4.1、6.4.2：明确 Apple HomeView 上 iOS App 小组件，以及 Apple HomeView 上 CarPlay 可用 iOS App 的相关条款。
• Schedule 2, Sections 1.1(b)、1.2(d)(iv)、3.1、3.8(c)：明确通过 Group Purchases 为订阅提供多个席位的条款。
• Schedule 3, Sections 1.1(b)、1.2(d)(iii)、3.1、3.8(a)、3.8(c)：明确通过 Volume Purchasing 向 Apple Business 和 Apple School Manager 组织提供订阅的条款。
• Schedule 2, Section 3.3(a)；Schedule 3, Section 3.3(a)：规定 Apple 将向税务机关报告法律要求的信息，如税务、销售和联系方式等。
• Schedule 2, Section 3.3(b)；Schedule 3, Section 3.3(b)：限制开发者对 Apple 共享的客户税务信息的使用，仅可用于法律规定的目的。
